Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with TickWave Pro. There’s a free plan so you can try the core experience before paying, and if Pro isn’t right for you, here’s how cancellations and refunds work.

Try before you buy. The Free plan lets you use the full replay engine, manual trading, core indicators and drawing tools on the demo instruments — no card required. We recommend trying it first.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel TickWave Pro at any time. When you cancel:

You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
You are not charged again after that.
Your account simply reverts to the Free plan — your work and any exports stay yours.

Refunds

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first Pro payment and we’ll refund it, no drawn-out process. Just email [email protected] from the address on your account.

After the first 14 days, and for subsequent renewals, payments are generally non-refundable — but you can cancel any time to stop future charges, and we’ll always consider fair cases (for example, an accidental renewal you contact us about promptly). Statutory refund and withdrawal rights under the consumer-protection law that applies to you are unaffected by this policy.

How refunds are processed

Payments for TickWave Pro are handled by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Polar and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
