TickWave is run by one person, so replies are usually within a couple of days rather than within hours. If something is broken and blocking you, say so in the subject line and it gets looked at first.

What to include

The more of this you can give me, the faster it gets fixed:

The instrument and date range you were replaying
Your browser and operating system
Whether you were using the local helper or the built-in demo data
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
A screenshot, if it is something visual

Already signed in?

There is a Feedback button in the dashboard account menu. It sends the same message but arrives tagged with your account and the page you were on, which usually saves a round-trip of questions. Sign in to use it.

Billing and refunds

Everything is free during the open beta, so there is nothing to bill and nothing to refund yet. When paid plans open, the refund policy applies and billing questions go to the same address above.

Security

If you have found a security issue, please email the address above with SECURITY in the subject and hold off on sharing it publicly until it is fixed. Reports are welcome and taken seriously.
